Tom passed away 12/16/2022 at Sharon Woods Healthcare, Peoria, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton and Neva, and his brother Bob. He is survived by a niece, Shelly (Gene) Van Dyke and a nephew Justin (Beth) White.
