Roxanne C. Harms, 68, of Moline, IL, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 16, 2021, at Heartland Healthcare Center in Moline, IL.

Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Roxanne was born June 6, 1952, in Rock Island, IL, to Jean and Rose (Langdon) Etzel. Roxanne worked as a veterinary assistant at an Animal Clinic.

She is survived by her daughter Jenifer King of Moline, IL.
