Lynn M. Petrie, 51, of Moline, IL, formerly of Silvis, IL, died Sunday, March 20, 2016, at her home. Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 26th, at 11:00 a.m., at First Presbyterian Church, 777 – 25th Avenue, East Moline, IL. Memorials may be made to the family. Lynn was born March 13, 1965, in Silvis, IL, to Paul and Sue Ann (Swan) Benner. She was a graduate of United Township High School in East Moline, and later earned her Phlebotomist Degree, and was employed at the former Illini Hospital (now Genesis Medical Center). She also was a waitress at several local restaurants. She enjoyed cooking, and loved to be riding on a Harley. Survivors include her children, Liberty Blair of Rock Island, IL, Nicole Gibson of Williamsport, PA, and Michael Blair of Rock Island; a granddaughter, Malina Gibson of Williamsport, PA: and two sisters, Christine Anderson of Moline, and Patricia Qualls of Silvis. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Terry Swan.
