Gladys K. Moore, 92, of Moline, IL, passed away peacefully Friday, May 4, 2018, at Hope Creek Continuing Care Center in East Moline. A time of remembrance will be held Monday, May 7 th , at 9:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Moline, followed by a mass at 9:30 a.m.  A private burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Moline.  Memorials may be made to Seton Catholic School in her name. Gladys Larsen was born March 23, 1926, on a small farm near Atlantic, IA.  She was daughter of Martin and Kristine Larsen.  On November 29, 1947, she married John L. Moore, who preceded her in death on April 3, 2001. Gladys was one of the oldest living Stanley Home Products agents in the U.S.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and gardening. Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Patricia (Michael) Voss, and Nancy Wilson; sons, Michael (Terri) Moore, and Steven (Derek)  Moore; five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
