Dennis P. Wiegand, 67, of Moline, IL, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 11, 2019. Per his wishes, cremation rites were accorded. There will be private services, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Dennis was born January 6, 1952, a son of Darrell and Dorothy (Hoffman) Wiegand.  He was a 1970 graduate of Moline High School.  He was in Real Estate for many years, and then became a car dealer, and finally was self-employed as a house painter.  He enjoyed sports, nature, and cars, and was a lifelong Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Dorothy and Jerry O’Donnell; his sisters, Donna Cothron, Kim Irani, and Candy VanCollie; and his companion, Malinda Woldrige and her son, Cristian. He was preceded in death by his father, Darrell Wiegand.
