On 29 April 2019, a light went out in the world. Christophar Allen Creig Fleuter, age 4, was called home following a yearlong battle with neuroblastoma. His battle was epic and inspiring as he bore every pain and setback with grace, humor and courage. Christophar was born Aug. 22, 2014, and lived in Rock Island but spent much of the last year at St. Jude's in Peoria and Comer's Children's Hospital in Chicago.

He is survived by his beloved Sissy, Faye Rose Ehrhardt (age 10); mother, Audrea; father, Arthur Fleuter; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents.

The family commends the St. Jude's organization for their dedicated and heroic efforts, and to all those that donated time, money, prayers and support. Special viewing took place at Wendt Funeral in Moline at 5 p.m. on Thursday, 2 May. The memorial service will be held at Grace Bible Fellowship in Moline on Saturday, May 11, at 2 p.m.
