Elsie Jane Wilson, 86, of Moline, IL, died on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at Genesis-Illini Campus in Silvis, IL. Visitation will be Monday, December 7th, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline. Services will be Tuesday, December 8th, at 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Moline. Memorials may be made to Riverside United Methodist Church. Elsie Jane Davis was born in Moline on November 9, 1923, to Lee and Irma (Muir) Davis. On August 31, 1946, in Moline, she married Harry J. Wilson, who preceded her in death in 1973. Elsie was a homemaker, and worked at Flowerama for many years. She was a member of the former First United Methodist Church (now Riverside United Methodist Church) in Moline. Survivors include, nieces and nephews: Pam (Dick) Hunt, Jill (Craig) Johanson, and Ron (Jackie) Wilson; a brother-in-law: Vernon (Ila) Wilson; a sister-in-law: Joanne Wilson; five great-nephews, and one great-niece.
