Anthony N. Qualls, Sherrard, IL, passed away on December 22, 2023 at his home.

Per his request, cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to Arrowhead Youth and Family Services, Coal Valley, IL.

Tony was born in Moline on July 18, 1960. He spent most of his life in Moline, IL, and Des Moines, IA. He lived life fully, always playing and loving his music along the way.

He is survived by his father, Garald (Kathleen) Qualls, Moline, IL; mother, Sheryl Qualls, Las Vegas, NV; brother, Darnell (Kim) Qualls, McHenry, IL; niece Kayla Qualls, Los Angeles, CA; nephew Dylan Qualls, Bloomington, IL; and many good friends.

He was preceded in death by his partner, Jan Green, on September 17, 2023.
